Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge end-user technology services that deliver unparalleled user experiences.

As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for shaping the tone and direction of our end-user technology teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a vision for high-performance service culture in end-user technologies, inspiring innovation and new ways of working.
  • Conduct continuous review of EUC service offerings and experience, aiming to improve user satisfaction and deliver an excellent user experience.
  • Apply change management, UX/CX, Human & User Centered Design, and Design Thinking across the end-user technology environment to build a service excellence culture.
  • Foster talent growth within the Service Experience and End-User Technology teams, supporting modern ways of working.
  • Understand customers through user personas, channel strategies, and journey maps to target positive end-user experiences.
  • Create and maintain service and product roadmaps to prioritize features and improved experiences aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure user service offerings support an integrated and cohesive channel strategy.
  • Plan, estimate, and execute device, infrastructure, and software configuration work to meet high standards and expectations.
  • Develop and execute product and service strategies for improved user outcomes, contributing to the Enterprise IT Strategy.
  • Establish critical KPIs to drive measurable improvements in employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Manage key IT performance and security criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage performance criteria to manage, deliver, and improve operational services with your teams and service partners.
  • Manage technology assets from acquisition, operation, and maintenance to retirement, aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Position the Service Experience and End-User Technology services capability as a business driving high-value returns and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the capability and its offerings with commercial acumen, including financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure management.
  • Participate in ongoing research of best practice models to influence designs and develop best-in-class user experiences.
