Executive Leadership Team and Technology Leadership Team mandate to transform the business.

**_ The Person_**

You will work directly with the Head of IT Operations in a shadow leadership capacity, mentoring and coaching staff around ITIL - specifically Incident and Change Management. You will also work across the broader technology leadership team and interact extensively with the business.

You will help with the design of best practice process and documentation, as well as planning.

In addition, there is a requirement to develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's growth journey, elevating maturity levels from an operational perspective.

**_ Skills and Experience_**

Leadership background in enterprise IT Operations, with a thorough understanding of network, systems and infrastructure, project management and service delivery.

Proven ability to coach, mentor and directly manage leaders and teams.

Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and making recommendations for

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Initial 3-month engagement with the view to extend and preferably who can join immediately or at short notice.
