Work Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Konekt is seeking Workplace Injury Prevention Specialists to deliver rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential. This role is based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Support clients to identify future employment or training options
  • Perform assessments in clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

Requirements
  • Professional registration with relevant authorities
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
