Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist

- Use specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Performing assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
- Taking responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engaging with key stakeholders and developing strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
