
Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Return to Work Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
You will use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment, evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs, support clients to identify future employment or training options, perform assessments, take responsibility for effective case management, engage with key stakeholders, and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across a range of tasks, adapt to changing situations, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will possess professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, a current Working with Children Check, and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.

Key Responsibilities- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
