Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

Job Requirements:- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Support clients to identify future employment or training options
- Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
