The Role:

As an advocate for research effectiveness and media measurement, you will support the development and execution of market research and advertising effectiveness studies. This includes project management, ensuring high-quality ongoing research solutions, and identifying new opportunities to demonstrate Out-of-Home advertising's impact.

You will work closely with the Group Manager, develop relationships with research suppliers and agencies, build research presentations, and present findings to clients.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support ad-hoc research requirements, including our research community.
  • Develop and manage significant Out-of-Home effectiveness studies.
  • Develop relationships with research suppliers and agencies.
  • Build research presentations and present research findings to clients.
  • Localise international research projects from JCDecaux's global network.
  • Actively manage research knowledge, including maintenance of a library of case studies.
  • Regularly support the wider marketing team on innovation and new approaches to data, research, and insights.
  • Ideate research innovation and scope complex methodologies.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in research or insights gained in agency, media owner, or client side.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods, including survey writing.
  • Data/numeric literacy – comfortable with large data sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of competency in written and verbal communication.
  • Internal and external relationship building.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of a passion for advertising effectiveness and the media industry.

About You:

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
