Job Title: Armed Security Officer

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity to work as an armed security officer in a high-profile environment. We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to provide perimeter security services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, assets, and properties within our premises. They will also need to respond effectively to incidents, detect suspicious behavior, and maintain regular checks on perimeter fencing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security of our facilities by conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV cameras.
  • Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise, using their expertise to prevent harm or damage.
  • Identify and report any signs of forced entry or exit, suspicious activity, or contraband.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of perimeter fencing to ensure its integrity and security.

Requirements:

  • National Security Accreditation - Category 1AC & F (Firearms)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Driver's License - Full Licence
  • Certificate three in security operations; including batons and handcuff
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a capacity as an armed security officer
