Project Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join our IT team on a 12-month fixed term basis.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of business system improvements across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop business cases, and secure funding.
  • Analyse and document business requirements, including process mapping, data modelling, and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate change management and oversee testing and implementation phases.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in systems and processes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management and delivering solutions.
  • Strong expertise in business systems design, software development methodologies, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and frameworks, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to customer focus and high-performance teamwork.
