Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Loan Journey Expert to join our Direct Sales Operations team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for working with existing customers to secure faster and fairer loans in a multi-channel environment.

Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to email enquiries, live chat, and supporting customers throughout their loan journey. You will also be required to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to a positive team culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator with exceptional time management and organization skills. You should be comfortable using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
