We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our business strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Product and Project team members to capture all detailed required tasks that will support go live activities.
- Act with integrity and conviction to achieve strategic objectives assigned to Release management function.
- Plan and facilitate implementation activities across the SDLC.
- Manage and communicate the impact of environment refreshes, release schedules, release status, release scope and escalate key issues and risks where appropriate.
- Build and maintain the Implementation Plan that is in alignment with the standards set by the Product Owner and Release and Environments Manager.
- Build and communicate business impact and mitigation plans where appropriate for releases that cause business outages.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Implementation Management role.
- Extensive experience in or working with Release and Change Management roles.
- Comprehensive background in definition of release management process and practices.
- Proven ability to exercise strong and effective leadership in high-pressure situations.
- Experience in negotiating with key stakeholders to achieve a win-win situation.
