The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Assistant and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team at our Townsville branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing creditors and payables, and performing various administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage creditors and payables, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Perform daily estimating of supplier costs
  • Prepare cheque requisitions and meet payment deadlines
  • Rate and post transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
