About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Claims Service Consultants & Senior Claims Service Consultants, covering Australia-wide locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims, handling inbound/outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers.
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.

About You

We're looking for individuals with high-level customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge or background would be highly desirable.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
