About the Role
As a Claims Service Consultant with Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing a national portfolio of motor claims and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and poise
- Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A high level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment
- Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confidence to learn and use different systems and software
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others
