About the Role

As a Claims Service Consultant with Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in managing a national portfolio of motor claims and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and poise
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A high level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence to learn and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others
