We are seeking a Claims Service Consultant to manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain positive working relationships, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

- High level of customer service experience
- Insurance knowledge/background desirable
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to learn and use different systems
- Strong attention to detail
