About the Role
We are seeking talented individuals to fill Claims Service Consultant positions, covering a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.
As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions in a timely manner, maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a National based portfolio of motor claims
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service skills
- Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
- Insurance knowledge or background would be highly desirable
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidence to learn and use different systems and software
- A strong attention to detail
- A team player attitude with a focus on supporting and respecting others
