We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a rural or remote community setting.
The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating with clients, families, and communities to deliver a recovery-oriented service, adhering to the Mental Health Nurse in Practice (MHNIP) contract guidelines.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning, as well as providing therapy and case management services.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Master of Nursing degree, registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA, and significant experience working in rural or remote healthcare settings.
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
