As a key leader in our organization, you will oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems. Your focus will be on creating operational efficiency and delivering tangible business value.

You will lead the development of groundbreaking AI products that transform employee experiences.

  • Owning the product vision for key AI capabilities, focusing on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
  • Collaborating with data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production.
  • Shaping roadmaps, setting feature priorities, and tracking performance post-launch.
  • Translating business needs into ML/AI product opportunities.
  • Aligning product direction with business strategy.
  • Championing responsible and ethical AI practices across the lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles.
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers.
  • Experience owning AI product strategy or translating AI research into scalable products.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business thinking.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML.
  • Fluent in Agile and iterative delivery practices.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or ML platforms.
