AI Product Lead Role

This is a senior AI role with a leading health insurer based in Newcastle, NSW.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced AI product lead to drive the delivery of production-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to bridge technical and business thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the product vision for key AI capabilities, including GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning
  • Working across data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production
  • Shaping roadmaps, setting feature priorities, and tracking performance post-launch
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years' experience in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • A solid understanding of AI/ML and Agile delivery practices
