Chubb, a world leader in insurance, is seeking an experienced Claims Operations Team Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing teams and processes, preferably in the finance or insurance industry. They will be responsible for supporting the AU and NZ Claims team while managing and processing claims registrations, payments, receivables, and other claims administration activities within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage/lead a team of administrators, prioritize tasks and workflow via claims mailboxes, and ensure that new claims are registered within agreed SLAs and coded correctly in the system. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing external adjuster payment systems, providing training to new starters, and contributing to continuous process improvement.

This role requires strong business acumen skills, understanding of the fundamental components of a claims department's operation, and associated data. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and agile environment.
