Mental Health and Interpersonal Skills Facilitator

As a mental health and interpersonal skills facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities achieve their personal goals through engaging gaming programs.

The ideal candidate will use person-centred, active support models to build independence, social skills, and community connections through gameplay. Key responsibilities include facilitating goal-oriented gaming sessions, supporting participants to build independence and social connections, identifying and addressing barriers to participation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
