Job Title: Passenger Service Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to undertake passenger service duties at Sydney Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers with reduced mobility, assisting them throughout their journey.
  • Provide accurate information to passengers, operate lifting devices, and assist with wheelchair transfers.
  • Collect and store relevant equipment, such as wheelchairs and E-Caddy vehicles.
  • Assist customers in locating family or friends collecting them at the airport.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with special needs or reduced mobility persons an asset.
  • Background in the Aviation/Airline industry an asset.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
