Curriculum Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated curriculum coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of programs in Years 3-6, ensuring alignment with national standards.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic support to teachers in implementing best practices in curriculum development and assessment.
  • Model lessons and coach staff to enhance student outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Manage assessments, analyse student data, and maintain accurate student progress trackers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Primary to develop and deliver professional learning programs that drive instructional excellence.
  • Oversee budget management and implement key literacy initiatives that meet school objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong commitment to a Christian worldview and education philosophy.
  • Recognised teaching qualification and current registration with relevant authorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with staff, students, families, and team members.
