Fleet Coordinator Job DescriptionYou'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
Lead a team and drive the future of logistics using the latest technology.
- Day-to-day fleet management
- Daily scheduling and coordinating routes/deliveries
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Lead and monitor fleet performance focusing on systems, procedures and processes for continuous improvement
- Management of COR with emphasis on Load Restraint & Fatigue Management
- Recent experience in freight fleet allocations
- Strong experience in transport logistics and road fleet management
- Extensive knowledge of the metropolitan area
- Strong COR exposure
- Ability to work under stringent time frames and fast-paced work environment
- Strong MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient fleet management strategies
- Coordinate daily schedules and routes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
