We are seeking a Chief Medical Governance Officer to lead our medical services and clinical governance at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN).
This is an executive-level opportunity that requires strong leadership skills and strategic vision. You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical governance aligns with CALHN's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Clinical Leadership: Lead and drive continuous improvement in clinical governance, care quality, workforce development, and patient safety.
- Educational Partnerships: Foster partnerships with educational institutions to promote a culture of learning and professional development.
- Quality, Safety and Risk Management: Develop and implement strategic frameworks, safety systems, and compliance processes to ensure continuous improvement in quality management and risk reduction.
To be successful, you will have strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also have experience in driving organisational effectiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
