About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Engagement Officer to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the CALHN Professional Accountability Model program objectives.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the effective roll-out of the model across CALHN. You will develop educational resources and supports for staff, including the use of electronic platforms.

You will also work with key stakeholders to establish a community of practice to support the ongoing success of the Vanderbilt Professional Accountability Model.

The Program Engagement Officer will report progress to the CALHN Professional Accountability Model steering committee bi-monthly on the progress of the program and roll-out.

Key Requirements
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands under pressure.
  • Project Management & Reporting Experience: Hands-on experience in preparing reports, managing projects, and using data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience in a Clinical or Health-Related Setting: Background in healthcare or related fields, with a good understanding of industry standards and protocols.
