About the Opportunity

At Pepperstone, we're seeking a highly skilled Transaction Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role presents an excellent chance to leverage your expertise in transaction reporting operations and make a significant impact on our global financial services business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Pepperstone meets its global transaction reporting obligations through diligent processing and monitoring. You will lead the integration of new transaction reporting providers, offering specialized analytical support to regulatory change initiatives, and coordinating testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely transaction reporting across various jurisdictions.
  • Lead the integration of new transaction reporting providers, maintaining seamless operations.
  • Provide analytical support to regulatory change initiatives, including testing coordination.
  • Monitor and refine processes and controls to guarantee ongoing compliance with regulations.
  • Strengthen the control framework surrounding existing transaction reporting processes.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations to uphold accuracy.
  • Effectively manage the transaction reporting relationship with third-party vendors.
  • Deliver precise Management Information (MI) to Technology and Compliance leadership.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with EMIR, MiFIR, and ASIC derivatives transaction reporting. Your proficiency in interpreting regulatory rule changes and aligning them with requirements is essential.

Solid working knowledge of OTC Derivative products, demonstrated success in process enhancements and project execution, and excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required.
