Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for safely navigating local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night. You will also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm, energy, and pace. If you have an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable first-hand experience and develop your skills through formal training. This role offers a variety of experiences and opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days
