Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced researcher to join our team as a Postdoctoral Fellow. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with expertise in Group 14 materials synthesis and complex characterization using spectroscopy and electron microscopy techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research on the utilization of Germanium (Ge) and Ge alloys for mid-infrared photodetectors, and explore novel carbon structures under high pressure.
- Collaborate closely with our team members to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports of experiments and results, highlighting key findings and areas for further investigation.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Physics or related field.
- Significant experience in Group 14 materials synthesis and complex characterization using spectroscopy and electron microscopy techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Superior organizational skills and self-management capabilities.
