About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge research in epitaxial growth of novel compound semiconductors nanostructures. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on independent research projects, publish original results in refereed journals, present at academic seminars and national/international conferences, and collaborate with other researchers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct independent research in epitaxial growth of novel compound semiconductors nanostructures

- Publish original research results in refereed journals

- Present research at academic seminars and national/international conferences

- Collaborate with other researchers to advance knowledge in the field

 

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a PhD or progress towards a PhD in Physics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent, with a track record of independent research in the above fields as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
