About the Role

The Project Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to sales team members
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
