Enable older people to lead dignified and meaningful lives by providing culturally appropriate care and community connection. We offer aged care, home care, retirement living, and migrant support services.

As a leader in this organization, you will be responsible for the leadership, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality in-home services. This includes managing Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Programs, and Veteran Home Care funded services.

The ideal candidate has experience in aged care, community services, or a related field. You possess deep knowledge of consumer-directed care, wellness, and reablement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members across all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Set clear expectations and model values to build a positive, high-performance team culture
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to ensure staff are skilled, confident, and capable
  • Coach and develop team members to grow professionally and make informed decisions
  • Act as a trusted leader and role model, sharing expertise and guiding practice to support quality outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in community aged care
  • Strong understanding of consumer-directed care, wellness, and reablement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach with high levels of self-awareness, resilience, and cultural sensitivity
