Diversity Leader
Job Description:
The role of Diversity Leader is pivotal in driving the implementation of a school's vision, grounded in its Catholic identity and Carmelite tradition.
This leader will inspire and lead colleagues to ensure the provision of suitable learning programs and support for all students, including those with disabilities, specific learning needs, and those who are highly able or gifted.
A forward-thinking perspective is essential for this role, incorporating contemporary pedagogy, including the integration of learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the school community.
- Liaise with teachers, staff, and students to provide support and resources for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with other leaders to drive the school's vision and mission.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Fully funded 3-year appointment.
- Ongoing, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026.
- Child Safe School commitment.
