Event Planner

This role reports to the Director of Sales & Distribution and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events seamlessly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proficiency in event management systems
  • Preparing event documentation and Banquet Event Orders on time
  • Creating deposit requests and contracts
  • Posting and reconciling charges related to groups/events
  • Ensuring billing accuracy and conducting bill reviews
  • Submitting Marriott Bonvoy points post-event

You'll work closely with the Group Management Team to deliver exceptional residential event planning experiences for clients. Establishing strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors is essential for success in this role.
