Electrical Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical team on an exciting project in the Northern Territory.

About This Opportunity

  • As a leader of a team, you will set the standard for safety and performance on site
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure daily operations and project delivery run smoothly
  • Monitor progress and report on cost, scope, and schedule, highlighting key areas for improvement
  • Review plans and drawings to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress and project communications
  • Produce regular project reports to stakeholders
  • Contribute to project planning, reviews, and audits

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership experience in site safety and team management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory role (mining experience preferred)
  • Previous underground mining experience highly regarded
  • Mining Supervisor certification desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to interpret project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
  • Quality assurance and budget management experience
