Job Title: Senior Credit Operations Leader
As a senior leader in our credit operations team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our retail, wholesale, and commercial credit portfolios. Your expertise in credit risk management, policy development, and team leadership will drive performance and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive performance across multiple credit portfolios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organisational credit risk and performance standards
- Develop and continuously improve credit policies, systems, and processes
- Analyse portfolio performance and present insights to executive management and the board
- Make informed credit decisions within your authority
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory obligations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing credit operations in a financial services organisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver business improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Possession of a degree in banking, finance, commerce, or a related field
