Job OverviewWe're currently seeking an experienced Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the Sunshine Coast region. This is an exciting opportunity to be immersed in a strong, long-term pipeline of work handling complex, large-scale and iconic projects primarily focused within the South-East Queensland region.
About the Role- Bring your creativity and foresight in project delivery, solving technical and client challenges across water infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline and maintaining a high performing, engaged and supportive team culture.
- Checking and review of project outputs, including project deliverables, ensuring all quality assurance processes are followed.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated experience in water and wastewater projects.
- Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
- An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options.
- Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year.
