Senior Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our water infrastructure group, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering future-ready solutions that support sustainable growth and resilient infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. They will possess excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Civil design development and delivery through the full spectrum of the project life cycle to ensure work output is of a technically high standard.">
  • Production and review of concise high-quality technical documentation">
  • Design and/or design management of a range of projects or program work packages">
  • Assisting colleagues in achieving improved client feedback results, enhance satisfaction, and exceed client expectations.">
  • Preparing and coordinating high-quality proposals and pursuits.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.">
  • Typically 8 years + experience in a consultancy environment.">
  • Experience in detailed design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects">
  • Experience in the design management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.">
  • Good knowledge of relevant industry related Australian Standards and WSAA codes would be advantageous.">
  • Chartered Engineer or actively working towards chartered status would be advantageous">
  • Use and understanding of Civil 3D modelling software would be advantageous.">
  • Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes.">
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.">
  • Experience in Design and Construction projects would be advantageous.">
