We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior drafter to join our water team. As a key member of the civil engineering group, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality design documentation for infrastructure projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and drafting efforts for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Develop detailed process and mechanical design documentation using advanced software tools.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to develop optimal, cost-effective designs for major water projects.
  • Apply expertise in the design and detailing of water and wastewater infrastructure, pipelines, and pump stations.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to streamline drafting processes and ensure high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in general civil design, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • A strong foundation in water and sewerage design, including pipelines and pump stations with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience using AutoCAD and 12D or Civil3D.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a highly technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Australian Water Authority drafting standards.
