About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to facilitate initiatives, manage events and build our brand and community.

  • Assist in developing programs within agreed resource constraints
  • Book speakers, organize mentoring sessions and liaise with suppliers
  • Manage external partners and sponsors to grow engagement and support for current and future events
  • Sourcing and securing third party suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute programs, workshops, events and coaching sessions

This role requires someone who is action-oriented and adaptable to change. Prior experience in events or program coordination is essential, as well as effective organizational, administrative and time management skills.
