Job Description:

As a valued member of our Community Development team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our capacity to conduct self-evaluation of various programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating multiple projects funded through external sources, with a particular focus on Youth Hubs and School Liaison Programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing evaluation methodologies
  • Collecting and analyzing data
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Services - Research Team

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of community development principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in health, social or behavioural science
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment

Desirable:

  • Experience working with people from a refugee background
  • Relevant published academic journal articles
