This position requires a strong understanding of construction and compliance in high-security settings, driving project success through effective planning, leadership, and execution.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet client objectives.
  • Manage project stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project finances to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality assurance processes to guarantee the highest level of service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, providing detailed project updates and progress.

The ideal candidate will be an Australian citizen with a minimum NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.

To be successful in this role, candidates will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Defence sector or in a similarly regulated environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
