Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead the coordination of facilities works and security accreditation in collaboration with Defence stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and oversee facilities projects, collaborating with stakeholders and project managers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional working groups and planning activities to drive business results.
  • Coordinate physical and ICT security planning and accreditation for mission systems, ensuring compliance with Defence standards.
  • Develop and contribute to key project planning documents, including risk assessments, to inform decision-making.
  • Provide timely briefings and updates to senior leadership on risks, issues, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Defence-related facilities projects and EIG processes.
  • Knowledge of Defence physical and ICT security planning and accreditation principles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in risk escalation.
  • Familiarity with Defence project planning, risk management, and tactical data link systems.
  • Current TS PV clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
