Cloud Security Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Project Lead to oversee the delivery of AWS security and compliance projects.

Job Overview:

As a Cloud Security Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading client meetings, producing high-quality deliverables, and providing subject matter expertise to customers on cloud security principles.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of quality results.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, and provide expert advice and guidance on cloud security best practices.
  • Design and implement technical solutions, author documentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate customer meetings, manage expectations, and develop professional relationships.
  • Collaborate across practices, identify opportunities to add value, and contribute to a culture of empowerment and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • Relevant certification and/or proven experience with AWS, multi-cloud environments, and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, automation, DevSecOps toolchains, and scripting languages like Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Solid experience working with Unix / Windows workloads, networking, and cloud connectivity.
