Client Advisor Role

Kieser Australia is a network of integrated Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, and Strength & Conditioning Clinics.

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our Pymble team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client appointments and manage the electronic clinic diary
  • Process client payments and promote Kieser's products and services
  • Conduct membership consults and provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
  • Answer questions and resolve problems for clients and team members
  • Deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Requirements:

  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Police Check

Desirable:

  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience
