- Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
