Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
