Learning Experience Consultant

As a Learning Experience Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping EY's employee experience by crafting engaging learning journeys, experiences, and maps across the employee lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure impactful and consistent learner experiences across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analysing learning data and insights to create learner journeys, learning experiences, and learning maps.
  2. Creating learner personas and experience guidelines.
  3. Researching best practice learning experiences and incorporating them into our learning journeys, experiences, and maps.
  4. Collaborating with the learning insights and technology teams to translate recommended learning experiences into viable learning solutions.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking experienced professionals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience creating learning solutions that deliver real impact using contemporary learning delivery approaches.
  • Proven expertise in creating learning experiences using online tools like Canva and Ed App.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Instructional Design experience, utilising adult learning principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality outcomes.
  • Solid project management experience with an achievement orientation.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong team worker with enthusiastic, can-do approach.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 suite and related applications.
  • Skills in creating learning experiences using contemporary digital tools and platforms.
