Customer Education Training Specialist

This role is a great opportunity to join our Business Operations and Strategy team. As a member of the team, you will work with like-minded individuals who care deeply about creating learning experiences that deliver delight and value at scale.

We want our customers to not only become experts but champions of our brand. Our customer training program is at the core of that strategy. As a Training Specialist, you will focus on facilitating training sessions that enable our customers to realize value and achieve mastery with our product.

Skill Requirements:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of projects.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions.
  • Problem Identification: Identify problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis.
