About the Role

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and being the face of Workskil Australia Ltd. You will use your administration skills to direct inquiries to the appropriate area, in a timely manner and provide operational support to your colleagues.

The successful candidate will find balancing day-to-day tasks easy with strong time management and organisational skills. You will be competent using the Microsoft suite and have experience taking accurate queries by phone and using a customer relationship management system.

This role is being offered on a full-time, ongoing basis and will be located at our site. You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy, including competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role dealing with a wide range of members of the public.
  • Prove your ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Demonstrate your ability to work with culturally or linguistically diverse people, ex-offenders, youth, and disadvantaged groups.
  • Awareness of the Employment Services industry and ability to prepare and edit resumes (desirable).

You will also be required to:

  • Have intermediate to high-level administrative skills, including the ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia Ltd is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.
