We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Dispensary Technician. This dynamic position requires a unique blend of patient-facing service and behind-the-scenes management.

This is a full-time position with a flexible roster that can be tailored to suit individual needs.

  • Dispense prescription medications, with a focus on medicinal cannabis products.
  • Process incoming prescription orders received in-store, over the phone, and through our online ordering website.
  • Pack and post orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Support various tasks such as data entry, email management, and basic content creation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dispensary environment.

Requirements include:

  • Pharmacy technician qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with FRED Dispense Plus software is an advantage, though training will be provided.
  • A professional and compassionate approach when dealing with customers in-store and online.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with using digital tools.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry environment.
